Loomis Joins Eckert Seamans
The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC today
announced that attorney Gaston P. Loomis II has joined the firm’s
Wilmington, Delaware office as an Associate in the
Business Division. His practice mainly focuses on bankruptcy and
restructuring matters, including representing creditors, creditors’ committees
and debtors-in-possession. In addition, Mr. Loomis practices in general
commercial law and commercial litigation.
Mr. Loomis earned his law degree from the University of Virginia in 2001, where he was the Notes
Editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He earned a B.A. degree,
magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1995.
Mr. Loomis is admitted to practice in Delaware and Georgia.
