Christopher Thomson is a Member of the firm. His practice involves the defense of professional liability claims, including medical malpractice and insurance agent/broker errors and omissions. He also has litigation experience in construction defect matters, often including consumer protection law claims, and litigating products liability claims. Mr. Thomson also focuses on insurance coverage issues, including counseling both insurers and policy holders on coverage issues as well as litigation insurance coverage disputes. His work for insurers also has involved the investigation of insurance fraud and arson.
In addition to these concentrations, Mr. Thomas has broad experience in the litigation of general civil liability matters, including negligent security, motor vehicle negligence, municipal liability and premises liability.
