Stephen R. Delinsky is a Member of the firm. He is Chairman of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves on the Executive Committee.
Mr. Delinsky has substantial civil and criminal trial experience in state and federal courts and concentrates his practice in the field of white collar criminal defense representation. He has handled major complex cases, including environmental, political corruption, health care fraud, insider trading, RICO, financial institutions fraud and regulatory enforcement matters.
Mr. Delinsky was chief of the Criminal Bureau for the Massachusetts Department of the Attorney General from 1977 through 1982, where he had responsibility for all statewide prosecutions of white collar criminal matters, organized crime, environmental crimes and political corruption cases. He also served on the Judicial Nominating Council for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1983 to 1987.
Mr. Delinsky formerly served as president of the Board of Trustees of The Rivers School, Weston, Massachusetts, from 1990 through September 1995 and is currently a Life Trustee. He is a member of the Citybridge Advisory Committee at ConcordAcademy, Concord, Massachusettsand is also a member of the Loon Preservation Policy Committee, Moultonborough, New Hampshire.
He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He holds an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
